  • Enterprise Development Programme 2025 Call for Applications!

“From Idea to Brand” is TC’s flagship 13-month enterprise development programme designed to transform innovative ideas into market-ready brands. This intensive programme now runs under the supervision of the Learning Studioz and operates as an eight-week programme to qualify brands for the residential 13 months programme with up to £1000- 2000 venture investment.

This comprehensive programme combines practical workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and hands-on business development support to help first-time founders navigate their entrepreneurial journey.

Programme Objectives

  • Equip participants with essential business planning and strategy skills

  • Develop practical marketing and branding capabilities

  • Build financial literacy and management competencies

  • Establish strong product development and market validation processes

  • Create sustainable business models and growth strategies

  • Develop acumens in business leadership and management

Eligibility Requirements

  • First-time founders with an innovative business idea or early-stage startup (pre-revenue or within the first 12 months of trading)

  • Based in Cameroon or Ghana

  • Committed to attending all programme sessions and completing assigned tasks

  • Aged 18 or above

  • Strong proficiency in English

What to Expect

  • Weekly sessions and workshops (2 hours personal study and 2 hours live session)

  • One-to-one mentoring sessions

  • Networking events with successful entrepreneurs and industry experts

  • Post-programme support for 12 months

How to Apply

  2. Submit your 2-minute video pitch explaining:

    • Your business idea

    • Why do you want to join the programme

    • What makes you the right founder for this idea

  1. Required Documents:

    • CV/Resume

    • Brief business concept (1 page brief)

    • Proof of identity and address

    • References (if available)

Selection Process

  1. Initial application screening

  2. Shortlisted candidates interview

  3. Final selection and notification

  4. Programme onboarding

Important Notes:

  • Only complete applications will be considered

  • Only 24 participants will be selected

  • Successful candidates will pay a Programme fee of £50 (scholarships available for eligible candidates)

  • 90% attendance is required for programme completion certification
