The Organisational Design studio is for students seeking knowledge and skills in organisational design. Suitable for change agents, professionals, business leaders, and consultants who will explore how to plan an organisation design programme and how to use data to inform decisions and drive change. This will include building and organising team members with the right skills, getting stakeholder buy-in, embedding the design, and measuring and monitoring progress.
